  • Yes. Once your photos are ready to be viewed, you will be so excited when you receive the link to your gallery PLUS the ability to order prints, wall art, and albums directly from your gallery!

  • I can absolutely help! At the top of this page, you will see a header that says “Learn how to choose an outfit for your engagement session”

    Click the header. It will bring you to a free downloadable e book with tips on how to choose an outfit.

    Yes, it says it’s for an engagement session, but it can be applied to your family session as well!

  • Submit a contact form. I will reply within 72 hours to send you a link to schedule your session. Once the session itself is scheduled, you will receive another link with your contract and invoice.

    In order for your session to be officially booked, you must sign the contract, and pay the non refundable booking fee.

  • I prefer to work with a maximum of two outfits!

  • I charge the standard IRS mileage rate for locations 40 + miles away from St. Cloud, MN.

The Process:

Schedule Your Session

Once you have scheduled your session, you can expect me to send you a link to schedule your family session within 72 hours!

Step 1

Sign Contract and Pay Booking Fee

Once your contract has been signed, and the non refundable booking fee has been paid, you are officially booked with Heinen Media Co for your Family Session!

Step 2

The Ordering Session

You get to meet with Jodie over Teams for a viewing and ordering session. You will look through all of the photos and pick your favorites for your family album and/or other prints.

Jodie will get a rough draft of the album to you for approval within 2 weeks of the ordering session.

Average turnaround time after ordering: 2-4 weeks.

It’s Picture Time!

Jodie will guide you through the fun! She has created a posing system that will help you feel confident and help you and your family have so much fun in front of the camera. Are you excited yet?

Your Family Session investment starts at $299. Most families will spend $550+

Your Family Session will include the following:
